1. Return Eligibility

- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
1.2 Non-Returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items
- Personal care items (e.g., diapers, diaper pants) that have been opened or used.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
2.2 Packing and Shipping
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the item(s).
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit, so please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information.
3. Refunds
3.1 Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges
